We looked online for a used hot tub because we never imagined we'd be able to afford a new one. We're so happy we found this. Installation was easy, we just filed it up and plugged it in. It took a while to heat up but once it heated up the water has stayed warm. We are amazed at the quality for the price and we're loving relaxing in our new tub.
