My husband put this together and while he complained about all the pieces (which is to be expected) he didn't say much more about it. This is large enough for two kids to play comfortably in together in it sitting side by side.The lamp and snowflake light up which is a fun feature. The piece feels sturdy - we have a plastic Barbie House as well and I see this dollhouse lasting much longer. The girls love it and it's not an eye sore which I love. Overall happy with this purchase and especially the price we got it for on Great Offer Stock as it was $50 cheaper than anywhere else we looked!
