Good quality product. It provides excellent back support.

I am giving this product a very poor rating due to the difficulty in putting it together. The instructions are horrible and the whole thing is a cheap mess. I had to file in the screw holes because the screws didn't fit! If I hadn't had this type of tool, I would've had to have returned it. Once it was finally put together the back that goes up and down sticks in the hole that holds the back. You have to really slam it back to get it into another position. Do yourself a favor and buy another product.
