i gave this to my business partner for a present . now he never gets out of it

I've had this chair for about a month and I find it very comfortable on my back. The smart layers cushion allows me to work at my desk all day without discomfort.

Very nice chair except chair back screw holes were not aligned properly - called manufacturer for replacement and chair back has a backorder on it with 4-8 weeks before replacement, obviously most chairs shipped had same issue

I wish the arms were easier to attach to the chair - that part is very tricky if you are doing it yourself. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I shopped for a good while before deciding on the Serta brand chair. Many times you buy something and the promises of what it will do don’t actually match reality. This chair is really comfortable. I’m not a big or tall person, only 182 and 5:11, so this chairs actually over kill for me, but for the seating and craftsmanship I believe it is worth it. Assembly was easy, and my chairs sturdy and works well. It looks nice and feels rich. If you spend a minute, or all day in your office chair, this will be a smart choice.

I sit in this chair 8 to 15 hours a day even when not working, I'm always in my office. best chair I have bought so far. I'm 6'4" 252Lbs and have no issues. I did replace the piston to gain more height and so far it's great.

I am an invalid and spend all my time at computer. this chair is by far the best I've ever had. (I have had many) has a seat as comfortable as a car seat BUY IT

Comfortable chair but not for average person only for tall.

Ordered this chair about 2 years ago and now am struggling with a failing height mechanism. This chair keeps slipping down in height several time per day. This is very annoying when trying to get work done.
