    The second number is usurally a .5 or another low number is the thickness of the nap on the rug. This is not a plush rug. If you want plush look for a second number like .75 or one inch

    It dosen't need a pad because it has a foam backing on it, like a non slip. I would not call this rug plush actually it is thin, more like indoor outdoor rugs.

    The color does not have any pink. It is blue and more brown/yellowish. I like rug. It is in my kitchen and matches my blue Danish plates hanging on the walls.

    There is the smallest touch of very light beige but there is no yellow in the runner I have. I see BLUE and MORE BLUE, that's it. I looked very close to see the color so I could give you a true answer. I like the rug although it is thin. It answered my need of a hallway runner. Mimi B.
