Poor Quality I bought this file cabinet because I wanted something that looked more like a piece of furniture rather then one in an office cubicle. Personally, I think that the cabinet was poorly made and very hard to put together. The instruction manual was not easy to follow and there were parts missing. I called customer service and I have to say that they were very friendly and promised to send me the missing parts. Not only did they send me the missing parts, they sent me another file cabinet. But overall for the price of this cabinet it should have been better quality.

Poor Quality, Save your money The picture is beautiful, but I was so disappointed when these arrived at my house..... 1) You have to put them together from scratch 2) I aligned everything with the holes presented for screws and it still turned out lopsided 3) I was hoping for a heavier wood.... instead it poor quality and scratches really easy 4) I had to use gorilla glue to hold in some screws because they came apart from the plastic and wood .... I'm beyond frustrated with the quality of this filing cabinet. I bought two and am refusing to put the second one together because the first one is not correctly aligned.

A Jigsaw Puzzle and NO PARTS ALIGN!!! I am so sad I did not listen to the "Ridiculous" review. This thing needlessly comes in a million pieces and then drawer parts (especially parts H and I ) do not align. We had to route out the groves so the panels would slide together. It took two intelligent people two hours and a lot of frustration to get the thing together. The entire back panel is flimsy black particle material the consistency of thin firm cardboard. The drawer bottoms are thin and bow with the slightest pressure so who knows how the drawers will function with a heavy load of files. From a distance this cabinet is fine but the misaligned parts cause the finished product to feel unsturdy and the drawers look slightly tilted. I am sorely disappointed Kathy Ireland would lend her name to such a shoddy product and that Great Offer Stock would carry this overpriced item. If I paid *** I might shut up, but this headache is not acceptable at any price.
