I am very happy with this rug. The colors are beautiful and go with many different color schemes. The rug is soft under foot. Instead of getting an expensive thick mat, we used the non-grip mats to protect wood floors and flipped our old rug over to use as cushioning. wood floors, then Non-grip, add old rug (face down) and then new rug on top... whalla! Very happy with the price that was on sale for *** . For this price, I didn't expect a very thick rug. It is thick enough and definitely brings the room together. Red isn't a bright brick red it's deeper red with subtle flecks of orange, and there are two blues: light sky blue and a blue/grey that is darker, the gold accent color is more tan than a bright yellow gold tint, and the grey has a touch of olive/green to it. The fringe is white and is on the shorter side. It lays flat quickly and came rolled and folded in half so it can be handled by one person. It's heavy, but is easy to unroll and enjoy.

This carpet is a dream. It has an Arts and Crafts feel and design. If you like mission furniture this carpet is a perfect fit. Subtle greens, with rust or burgundy flowers. Leaf designs and shades of cream, tan, almost teal blue flower accents. Nice thickness to the carpet without the $2000.00 price tag of other arts and Crafts rugs. I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats so accidents do happen. Cleans up like a charm. Don’t hesitate to buy it.

Beautiful, and practical if you have pets
I changed the color scheme in my house and, with cats and two large dogs, also needed a larger, durable rug to protect the new gray floors. This traditional floral design looks like a William Morris print and it coordinates nicely with my plaid chair. The colors I think are better described as soft gold, sage and the blue is closer to teal than navy. The only feature I don’t like is the fringe on two sides, especially since my rug is square rather than rectangular. May just cut them off.

Using this in my dining room. Great colors. The online picture is a great match to the actual rug. It's pretty soft and for a dining room doesn't need a rug pad.

Because of this, it is hard to determine what picture selections correspond with the color options. For instance, there is obviously a picture of a light blue rug and a dark blue rug- where there is just a "blue" color option. There is also a picture of a black option- not shown in the corresponding color options. I get that there may be some options not available, but because of this, it is hard to determine what the "green" option is- dark green or light green- or the sort of golden background one with a little bit of light green? Overall the rug does have muted colors. If you are looking at the navy blue option the rug does have the dar blue but it also has some light blue. The rugs colors are accurate to what they look like in real life.
