Half a shelf So bummed about this product the shelves looked beautiful and I was excited to put them in my living room when they arrived only half of the parts came in I called they sent me a replacement but again it was missing the same parts so I called once again one associate told me I could keep the parts for a partial refund I told her if I could talk to someone else that could actually help me she then put me on hold forever I hung up and called again the second associate tried to talk to the warehouse so they could make sure they sent me the right parts and sadly for the third time i got a box with half the parts in it. So I have to return it sadly.

Beautiful Shelf for the Price Purchased this shelf to go in my bedroom to replace a large bulky armoire. It is beautiful and very elegant and the shelves look great even though they're not real marble. It was pretty easy to put together - I did it by myself in just a few hours. I'm pretty careful about ordering furniture online since it's such a pain to have to return it. For that reason, I had this shelf saved for a long time in my 'favorites'. I just wish I had ordered it sooner!

Orleans Faux Marble shelf This is an update to a March 5th review. This is the second shelf I ordered, and 1 shelf was cracked. It took almost 3 weeks to resolve the problem with customer service, but I must say everyone went out of their way to get me a replacement. I received a new shelf, and they arranged to have the old shelf picked up. I am very satisfied with Great Offer Stock customer service, and will continue to order from Great Offer Stock. The shelves are beautiful and I would purchase again. I love the look !

Beautiful! Very easy to put together by myself. Again, do not tighten screws till it's all together. The "X" needs a little muscle to reach the holes. But if you have not tightened all screws, not a problem. The marble finish looks fabulous, best faux marble I've ever seen. Also, there were bars to screw in under each shelf giving it more strength. I was able to put all my coffee table books on the shelves with no sagging. My daughter in law guessed the price to be $1500! Thrilled with this piece, as I always am with every item purchased from Great Offer Stock. Thankyou to everyone who takes the time to leave reviews, it really helps!
