I measured the couch and bought the appropriate size. However, I guess the problem isn’t the couch’s length from arm to arm. I think it’s actually a problem with the back being too high. The cover does not go al the way down in the back, does not fittonform over the arms or the seat part under the cushions. The only way to get the seat part flat is to put the cushions on. The cushion cover is so tight that it squished the cushions together enough to create a gap between the arms and the cushions when they were placed on the couch. Even though it doesn’t fit well, the actual material is very nice. Expect the vacuum it often if you use blankets on the couch, because lint sticks pretty easily. Would have given this cover five stars had it not been so tight. Got a real workout trying to put it on!

Great covers Our couch was on the large side of the description but this cover stretches to fit. It hardly looks like a cover and hard surprised many guests of ours! Stands up well to two dogs, one who is 60 pounds. Cleans easy by vacuuming.

MT If you do not have pets, kids, dust, blankets with fuzz or any other foreign objects in your home, then this cover will work for you. Otherwise EVERYTHING sticks to it and is very hard to remove. Strange fabric. Not like leather at all, but thin and clingy. Stretches well, but need constant tucking in. Regret the purchase, but feel I should not return due to all it has attracted and numerous wipedowns.
