Nice, quite lightweight The color is as expected, but the fabric is quite delicate, and if it gets caught on something sharp, I don't think you can hide it (e.g. a catch on the fabric). They do a good job of blocking out light, and cold. I would advise anyone looking at these to check the width - most curtain panels I had looked at were 50" wide, so I assumed these were the same. However, after they arrived I realized they were only 40" wide so I had to buy another panel for each window to cover the windows.

not a blackout curtain We've had a few challenges with this item, but it was more about Great Offer Stock than the curtain itself. They are pretty but they are NOT blackout. They cut light but they don't block light. In our home it takes things from street lights shining in like a spotlight to soft diffuse glow. Good enough to sleep but NOT blackout.

Vegasdiva is quite correct. These drapes are not lined in plastic, color white or otherwise. The black out effect is due to the thickness of the fabric. Two important points to remember here: 1. Plastic lined black out drapes are great, but the plastic withers and cracks with time (dryer/UV sun). 2. These drapes examined here really work, are machine washable and are well made. Just be sure to buy two of this order for a standard window, as the item show is a SINGLE window panel (not a pair), capiche?

I purchased the 84" black curtains, so for these particular ones, the barley I can only hazard a guess. Yes, I agree with your presumption that they lean towards the greenish side in colour. I have drapes similar to this in olive, and these appear close to that. I also have sage drapes in the dining area which appear darker than the sample shown here, as opposed the the lighter olive. All were purchased at Great Offer Stock, btw. I'm sorry I couldn't be more specific for you. Peace.
