Very disappointing!
The picture in the ad for this item shows 5 tiers. The title nor the description say it is only 4 tiers. does not say it is 4 tiers. There are 8 pictures of this item and the first 4 pictures show 5 tiers. Even the picture I received in my confirmation email showed 5 tiers AND the picture in my email today saying it was delivered was 5 tiers. I feel I was deliberately deceived. Then, the quality is junk! Flimsy plastic and the worse part is the wheels. They are tiny, cheap, and barely roll on carpet. I have been very happy with everything I received on Great Offer Stock but this is a disgrace.

Love this cart. It is sturdy, yet very light weight. Also very easy to snap together without any tools. I put it at the end of my cabinet with spices,sauces, etc handy. The only reason didn't give 5 stars is wish was a little deeper on the top shelf, to keep tall items in better. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Currently only the 4 tier shelf is available.

There are available 4 or 5 tier options, there is not a 6 shelf option. We reviewed photos and descriptions and cannot locate the 6 tier shelf you mention. However, the later photos depict the 4-tier shelf as decribed. The drop down menu for 'options' would reveal the purchase option for 4 or 5 tier shelves. However, at this time please note the 5 tier option has been removed. The 4 tier option is the only available from the drop down menu to add to cart and purchase. 4 Tier dimensions: 21.5 inches (length) x 5 inches (width) x 40 inches (Height)

I don't remember seeing Six shelves on their site, but the one I have is Five shelves (the Five shelves was out of stock for a while, therefore I waited unit it was back in out and then ordered), but it comes in Five and Four shelves.
