I am in love with this new vacuum!! Much better suction power than our heavy Hoover upright, and so much easier to handle! Great on stairs, thick carpets, area rugs, and hard floors. We have 2 dogs and this handles the cleanup with ease! Highly recommend.

I had a Dyson. I was constantly taking it apart to clean it out literally every time I vacuumed... and it wasn't nearly as easy to take apart as the shark. suction was awful. the hose was too short so if you wanted to do cobwebs on the ceiling it wouldn't reach. The edge suction was non-existent, I could go on and on. We spent over $*** for the Dyson. The shark was only $***. I Love the shark. it does exactly what it says it does on the box. there is lots of suction, the head of the vacuum is a bit smaller than I expected but that is great because i can now get into those small areas. it will lay down flat so you can get under the furniture and the head swivels side to side. It is very easy to move between the carpet and hardwood floors, you just click down to a slower speed so it doesn't spew dust and dirt. The on/off/speed control is right at thumb level too, another bonus is that i can just use my toe to press the lever on the top of the head of the vacuum and pop the head off while vacuuming, leaving only the nozzle so I can get those wall edges or tiny crevices, I don't even put the crevice tool on. no bending over. then, I just put the end back into the vacuum cleaner head again, it snaps in and I am going over the floors again. all of the sections come apart and go back together very easily. The same goes if I am vacuuming and i look up and see a cobweb. pop the vacuum head off, pop on the little brush that is attached to the side of the nozzle and suck up the cobweb. pop it off, snap it back onto the holder and snap the nozzle back into the vacuum head. 10 seconds... so cool. this can be taken apart (quickly) put the hose attachment and pet attachment on and you can vacuum your stairs, car or furniture. awesome! all extra attachments have a neat canvas bag you can use to store the items you won't use as often so everything is kept together. It also comes with a hard wood floor duster attachment. you put a cloth on the back/bottom of the attachment and there is suction at the front so you vacuum in the front and the cloth picks up any minute particles that may be left. really neat idea. lastly. it is light, It hangs neatly on the wall out of the way. I am not bumping into a clunky vacuum constantly. Yes... I love this vacuum. if you are trying to choose between the Dyson and the Shark, save yourself the headache and get the Shark. you won't be sorry.

I LOVE It.. This is our second one we bought, the first one was for my mom I bought from another site and loved how it picked up her 4 dogs hair (SHITZ TZUS) from her big area rugs and how my mom cleaned all her tile floors. I just had to get my own because she wouldn't let me use hers. I have a dog, cat and a big messy bird this vacuum works wonderful for me Best light vacuum with lots of attachments.. I also got the Extended Warranty ..

Light weight, picks up cat hair wonderfully.

I have used uprights, canister and shop vacs none are as good, easy and simple as this one. I have a Hoover Wind Tunnel....this thing puts it to shame on pickup. The light weight and ease of use are fantastic. The clean out is as simple as it gets. I used the wall mount hang up to get it out of the way...so cool. It has an excellent set of tools for special cleaning...love them. I am a owner/user not writing a phony review so trust this review. I highly recommend this product.
