This bed is sooooo comfortable. It was delivered with white glove service and my old mattress and box spring were carted away. Awesome bed and amazing delivery service.

Comfortable, durable, and affordable!

Set came faster than expected. Delivery service was on time and were set up in 15 minutes. Discarded old set as well.

After a few trips to some un-named local mattress stores, and them try to convince me that we needed to spend at least $2000 on a mattress for each of my teenage boys, I refused and started to look at other options on the internet, which led me to Great Offer Stock. These are Serta mattresses, but the tag says exclusively made for Great Offer Stock. I bet the same mattress is branded differently in the retail stores. For the price, it's perfect. Pillow top, comfortable (pretty soft, so if you want firm, this is not for you). The actual mattresses were delivered by a local company. This is where I have some issue. When I purchased, it said "white glove, free mattress removal". Well, they did deliver as scheduled (took about 2 weeks), they were courteous, and did unwrap and bring the mattresses upstairs and place them in the rooms. They did not, however, remove the old mattresses "because they were not in good condition". They told me if the old mattresses were torn or had stains, they could not take them. Why?? Are they planning to re-sell them? Ick! So we had to rent a truck and take them to the dump ourselves. That annoyed me. But that may have been the local company and not an Great Offer Stock deal. Not sure. We've had them for a week now and all seems fine. Time will tell.

So very pleased. I was a little nervous about ordering without seeing. I wanted a soft mattress and I really got it. So if soft is what you're after, look no further.

I already have a dent! The springs are also squeaky. But it is a soft mattress.

Have this for a couple of months now and it is beautifully made. Sleeping so much better

What a great matress! Usually discriptions of products are over inflated but not in the case of this matress. It is as comfortable and relaxing as described. The wife and I haven't slept this good in years. A quality matress hands down!

The delivery was excellent. I got the mattress for my bedroom however I needed something less firm. My back was aching really bad after the 3rd day. We ended up giving it to my son and he loved it.

I only have had this bed about a month and i already have a dent in the mattress on the side i sleep on. Stitching is also coming undone. Not happy about this. You cant flip the mattress because its a pillow top plus this is not supposed to happen per the description. I just sent a email to customer service. The bed infact does look very nice and it is not to hard and not to soft, i love it. Really hope something can be done with my mattress problem. Hope it doesn't happen to them all!

That is how I feel in this hugged bed I purchase Feb. 4th 2016. it is very, very, high off the frame? one needs a step-stool just to get into bed!!! ha ha...smiles I love the mattress comfort. Its not to firm.

I bought a mattress some years ago (firm) and began having pain in my hip (I am a side sleeper). I bought a new mattress in a plush pillowtop and it helped the issue, but I really started to wonder if I had a serious problem. After I moved out of state, I ended up replacing my mattress with this one. After 10 years of dull pain in my hip, this mattress finally resolved the issue. I'm pleasantly surprised. It has a very thick pillow top on it and the gel really does make a difference. It feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud, it's super soft and cushy. Also, visually pleasing and looked just like the photo. I use "standard" sheets (not deep pockets) and they fit fine. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this for an out of state property and always worry about the quality. This is a nice mattress and seems pretty comfortable.
