Excellent bed
This is an excellent bed for the price. Perfect firm mattress, not terribly firm, but it has the support you need and the cushion for comfort. It is a pretty bouncy bed, though I don't see it being a problem because my boyfriend and I have slept on it for a couple of weeks. I am a pretty heavy sleeper, so heavy movements doesn't bother me, as for my boyfriend, he's a light sleeper and the bounciness didn't bother him either. You'll be ok if you aren't purposely trying to bounce the bed. the delivery took a couple of weeks but once they've called and scheduled a time, it was a breeze. The delivery people were friendly and took my old mattress with them. Overall, very happy with the mattress.

This mattress is very comfortable. My favorite mattress ever I think. Both me and my boyfriend like it. He had always liked the memory foam but they are not firm enough for me. This is firm enough for me and soft enough for him. It doesn't look like anything special when it is unwrapped but sleeping on it is lovely. Definitely recommend it.

I have had mattress for 2 weeks now and it is comfortable but for some strange reason it seems to sag in the middle of it so you feel like your rolling into a ditch.

First, the delivery was impeccable and timely. As a matter of fact I was out of town when I got the call to set up the delivery and found the person on the other end very pleasant. That is a rarity in this day and time, The mattress is comfortable with moderate firmness.So far, so good.

"Three questions. first, will this product arrive with the "New Materiel" tags on it? Second, In the description it says that there is a 30 day comfort Guarantee or I can send it back less a re-stocking fee. But in the Shipping and Returns section it says "Mattress Sets are non-returnable upon signature at delivery". So which is true? I do not want to order a mattress if I can not return it due to it causing pain or other issues and I really don't think anyone would ever test the mattress out for 30 days with the plastic still on it. And last, If I am able to return it minus the re-stocking fee, how much is the restocking fee? Thank You."
