Once again I have received a great rug at a great price from Overstock! I waited a little to long to take advantage of the full selection of Lyndhurst 16 ft runners, and I was aprehensive about this one but it is really terrific! Classy colors, well constructed, and a nice tight, velvety pile. Where can you find a runner this long and of this quality at this price? Remember, this is a high quality machine made, polypropyline rug and not a hand made one. If you want a hand made wool rug you will pay considerably more. I have some valuable Persian rugs, but I prefer this for the bedroom hallway because it's practical and good looking.Also the delivery was almost instant.

Doesn't lie flat
This is a cheaply made rug that has hills and valleys throughout because it won't lie flat. The rigid backing gets bent and stretch from being in a roll that it stretches the backing such that when it's unrolled, the carpet attempts to scrunch together when trying to lie flat. I've had these more than a month and still trying to get looking good. Maybe steam on the backing to make it shrink again? You get what you pay for.
