I have already gotten so many compliments about this rug. It is very thin so you need to purchase a thick pad to go underneath it. So soft!

It looks just like the picture and is very beautiful but it is not cushiony at all. The base is a plastic-like grid material that can be seen if you moved the strands aside and can be felt when walking on it. There are a couple of random dark-colored strands but it's no big deal. The rug doesn't seem to slip and slide too easily across wood floors (unless you're purposefully pulling it) so that's good! I'm happy with the look, it's very luxurious looking, but the cushion-less part is really disappointing. Hopefully a thick rug cushion will help!

This rug is great quality and really soft. It is in the master bedroom. Like it so much I ordered the 7x7 for the master bath.

This is a beautiful rug for a fraction of the price of the designer brand versions, but it has a odd bumpy plastic base which you can feel when walking on it. The pile is soft and the color has stayed nicely, but there are odd dark knots in places which are unfortunately noticeable.

I absolutely love this rug! Such a good buy for a bargain price! I get compliments on it all the time. Recommend to anyone.

Not as fluffy as I thought it would be. The threads are finer than I expected, yet the rug is soft and the color as described.

Extremely soft and absolutely beautiful!!

All positives with this sheik rug! It has the perfect texture, sheen, density, color and a nice backing. It is the easiest cream color carpet to keep clean due to the silliness of the fibers. It's easy to vacuum with the bar off and dirt does not stick to the silk fibers! The color is a perfect cream color...not white but not yellow at all. Subtle off white in a milky shade of white. I is not super cushy due to the silk fibers it is thick and feels like walking or skating on silk. So I added carpet padding to give it a little more Cush. Threads a nicely dense. I am a shop til I drop shopper for the best bargains with quality. This is a SCORE!!!

The shag rug was identical to that shown in the photos. It's soft and plush and makes me want to wrap myself in it.
