Just the right small rug to keep in the kitchen and thick enough to cushion my feet when working in the kitchen.

I love this rug. It is thick and soft on bare feet and has the most beautiful shadings of colors. I have the larger one in my dining room and the small one is at the sink in the kitchen! They clean easily, too, with carpet cleaner and a damp cloth or a steam cleaner. This was a great purchase.

This rug is very muted - mostly beige and green tones - earth tones -beige binding on ends. It feels like velvet under foot, thick, heavy rug with no backing you can see the weave on the back side; rough on back needs a pad to prevent slipping, very sturdy rug. good choice for just about anywhere you need a rug this size, however remember the thickness if placing near a doorway, I put this at a stair landing and it looks wonderful, very nice to step down on. This brand rug Safavieh has proven to be high quality in all the rugs I have order from O.

I love this rug. I bouht the small size 2x3 for under my small kitchen sink. the colors are soft, the rug is thick. some people had written that 'other' rugs had an odor. This rug had no odor at all. I wanted a larger one for my other sink, but the next size up is 5x7. I would like a mid sized one and will keep looking. very happy with this purchase. the rug is thick and feels good underfoot.

I ordered this for use in front of my kitchen sink. I have a bad back and the tile was becoming more and more painful to stand on as I spend considerable time in this area of the kitchen. Our kitchen has red oak cabinets with a clear finish, our walls are "Santa Fe" brown and our countertops are a beige quartz. Our island is a slab granite with beautiful variegated freeform patterns in browns, grays, blacks, reds, greens, etc. -- a work of art unto itself. Trying to find something that would work with all these colors has been challenging, but this rug has worked out beautifully. The colors in it are wonderful. Yes, they are on the muted side as some other reviewers have said, but I find that preferable to bold. However, each color is distinct and there are many shades of brown, gold, orange, green, and beige. The colors flow harmoniously together and the end result is very attractive. The rug itself is quite thick and very easy on the feet and back. My husband, who doesn't notice much around the house, has commented on the appearance of this rug and how pleased he is with it. The one drawback is the shedding which occurs with every wool rug. Yet, even when compounded with the effects of three large shedding labrador retrievers, upkeep has not been onerous. This product is definitely a winner!
