5x8 - 6x9 Rugs

I read review after review on numerous rugs. I was nervous, as it seemed there were an equal amount of reviews that were negative and positive. After a month, I finally jumped in and placed my order. I ordered the 9.6"x13" and its exactly what I received. I ordered on a Friday and received it the following Wednesday!! The best way to describe this rug is luxurious and classy. It is super soft, so far does not shed, has no odor whatsoever, and the pile is perfect (about 1.5 inches) and the pile is so thick that you cannot see through to the padding. The padding is woven with tightly weaved thread and does not flake off. Also when you fold the rug, you cannot see through to the padding which is a tell tale sign of a well made rug! The color is exactly as pictured on my screen (my resolution anyways). The rug came folded, so there are a few noticeable fold marks after I laid it out in my space, but none of them major and I expect the fold marks to work themselves out over the next few weeks. I am so happy I finally placed my order! Don't hesitate and order now!

This beautiful rug is very cushy, is beautiful under our dining room table, and was a great price. One surprise: the size of the design. Each medallion is about 14" in diameter. This is oK for us, because much of it is under the table, but it might be too bold a pattern in the middle of a room. I'd be happy to provide a photo that shows it in the room, if Great Offer Stock wants to add it.

I had to replace my living room rug and purchased this one. Love the colors and seems to be holding up well to everyday wear. Great price!

I was hesitant to buy this rug at first because everything in my living room was light colored. In the picture the rug looks a little too neutral but when I got it in person the grays and the blues were very vibrant so I was very happy about that. I could have prob used one size up but I'm still very happy with my purchase.

The pattern and color is just enough to compliment my room without overshadowing. It is also plush enough that I am not using a carpet pad.

The colors are exactly as pictured...very vibrant. I'm using the rug on my front porch which is protected from the elements. It looks beautiful.

I"m not kidding when I say I have been diligently searching for a rug for 2 years! I had decided in the end that I wanted to go with a shag for our living room but everywhere I looked (and I looked EVERYwhere!) if they were good quality, they were $XXX.XX dollars, if the were affordable, they were crap. I finally found this rug online and felt it was going to be too good to be true. I started at the screen for an hour trying to decide between mushroom, ivory, beige, or taupe. I clicked on taupe and couldn't be more pleased! It's a very gray shaded medium brown color. Simply stunning in my rustic home where I use lots of natural colors that are more on the cool end of the color spectrum. This rug is very plush, thick, and soft. My dog has made it his new bed (much to my demise). I would recommend this to anyone! I can't tell you how happy I am. Also I did not notice any odor from the rug after rolling it out. Had friends over the night after we got it and they didn't notice a smell either. I'm thinking of buying another one in a different color for our loft. Simply wonderful and Affordable!

This is our new dining room rug. Sort of brave for us with small children, but I love it so much and the price was very good. I thought it's worth it. It is not a white white.... more off white which works well for me. It's under s more tradition table and chairs which I hope to replace soon. But for now this rug adds the modern touch I was looking for.

I have bad allergies but needed a rug under glass coffee table to pull the room together. The rug is much more beautiful in person.

This is a really nice rug and it is comfortable to walk on with your bare feet. However, this is a natural sisal rug, so it is not soft like a wool rug. We have it in our bathroom and it looks and feels great. I would not put this rug in a children's room, though, as it is not that soft. The quality of this rug is very good and it is nice and thick. We did not need a rug pad ot put under it and iis sitting on top of tile. It is also fairly heavy and does not move aorund at on our bathroom floor. Also, the color of our rug is more of a copper colored/ light brown and has more richer hues than shown in the photo. Please be aware that the photo makes the rug look more of a pale beige color and ours does not look like that. We think it looks much better in person than what the photo gives it credit for. I am actually thinking about buying a larger version of this rug to put under our dining room table. If you are looking for a very nice rug to make the room feel a bit more casual, this is the rug!

I purchased this rug at a great price and was surprised how fast it arrived (2 days and I chose standard shipping). I'm transforming a large bedroom into an office/lounge room and has salmon colored walls. The room is vibrant thanks to this colorful rug pulling all the different colors of the room together. I bought two of these area rugs in 5 x 7 size in Navy. The colors are very vivid and just like shown on the screen. They look great and much more expensive than they actually were.

this rug is quite lovely…color is true to photo, but the rug is much flatter than photo indicates. a few reviews compared it to rabbit fur; it is not at all like fur. the fibers are silky and smooth, but are more like the texture of drapery tassels rather than any fur. the pile is not high and there are areas where you can feel the knotting under bare feet. still, a very nice rug and worth the money. i was also really pleased that it vacuums beautiful; no thread catching or shedding. great piece.

I just purchased my second of this size rug. I have had the first rug for a year in my dining room and it has held up beautifully. It is thick and holds up well to my 2 cats and 2 dogs, who all love to sit on and sometimes scratch/bite it. It still looks good. I purchased a second one to go under my queen size bed and it seems to be exactly the same in size, color, and quality as the rug I purchased over a year ago. As far as the dirt/dust that other reviewers have mentioned, that is the dust from your house accumulating under the rug. Since there is no backing on jute rugs, you have to vacuum under it occasionally in order to remove the dust that falls through. Rugs with backings simply hold the dust inside of them. I will be purchasing more of these rugs in various sizes for my home. Very good value and not at all orangey.

A wonderful milk chocolate and various shades of blue rug that looks great with my new couch and loveseat! The blues contrast nicely with the milk chocolate brown. The leaves and berries are larger than I initially thought, looking at other pictures on this site showed me what I would get before I ordered it (the 10x8 or 9x7 rug in front of the white couch picture showed the proper scale of the leaves and berries). Awesome rug for which I am getting wonderful compliments. Thank you!

This rug has a pretty short pile, but is extremely soft. The colors are more vibrant in the photo than in person, which is why I am giving it only 4 stars. I would have liked a little more color!

Like other reviews it's noted the carpet is more beige than ivory. Other than that it's a nice looking soft rug and I hope it will hold up well!

I've never purchased a rug online before and was a little bit aprehensive in doing so especially with the pictures of this rug. The pictures do not do the product justice. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the rug. Very soft, plush and it gave my living room that upscale chic look I was going for. The color is more white than ivory which I was even more pleased with. Very little shedding and a whole lot prettier than the product pictures above. I would recommend purchasing a nice thick rug pad as the sheep skin is a bit thin and with hardwood floors it would add more cushion. Enjoy!

I was concerned it would be green as others reviewed and rolled up it did have a green hue. However, it was very minor and fades because this is seagrass. I ordered in 3 sizes to accommodate an open floor plan and help it flow. Wish we could add pictures, all three rooms are different in their own way but beautiful with this rug because it goes with any decor. The weave is tight enough that dining chairs easily slide in and out without damaging the weave. The border is light and although it seemed to get dirty fast I found that wiping with a dry cloth knocked off most of the dirt. We do have a dog and had a party after adding the rugs...they still look great. I did order two 4x2.5 rugs to lay over a high traffic corner and also where my husband occasionally looses a drop of coffee. I got the same pattern and border and take them up when we have a party. I did this because originally we had Overstocks Cozy Shag Rug which hides everything, is very forgiving and yet we wore out one corner after really heavy use on one corner. In two rooms I added smaller rugs (5x8 over 9x12 and 3x5 over 5x8) to layer over these to add dimension and texture. Love this look in magazines and it really increased the cozy factor. Definitely recommend this rug!! I also liked the subtle chevron pattern but it wasn't available in all sizes I needed. I saw one in person and it subtle enough that it will bear the test of time. Our local carpet store custom makes these and it would have been $400 more had I gone through them. Using my O Rewards, taking advantage of an Great Offer Stock sale weekend I really saved. I also called Great Offer Stock since it was my birthday month and although they don't have a birthday promo program he offered 10% off which was nice but less than the 12% they already had going. Customer service also helped me find a bulk purchase coupon. Gotta love Overstock!! C'mon Great Offer Stock....let us add pictures! You could sell more rugs if others like the layering effect.

i bought this for use in a garage i converted to a gym -- to cover an unevenly tiled floor. its perfect for what i needed, great price. beware, this is not high quality fabric -- the yarns shimmer so the rug is kinda shiny. i wouldnt use this in my house -- but great for outdoor / a gym or whatever you'll need it for. and the colors are exactly what the picture looks like.

I had a shag carpet that shed like crazy, and this is a true upgrade. Feels like a simple, grown-up carpet.

I love this rug! It's always a bit worrying to buy something hoping it will match your decor but this is a perfect match for my gray schemed living and dining room. The white is a clean cream color and the grays range from light to dark. The quality is very good and I can recommend this purchase to anyone matching gray schemes.

I have these rugs in all of the rooms in my house and camp. They look good and are very durable. They feel great underfoot (especially barefoot). They are easy to clean with a simple floor brush attachment. My cat threw up on one and it was remarkably easy to clean. The best part is the smell: like sweetgrass or green tea right out of the bag. When the sun hits them or it is a bit humid, the smell is renewed.

I love the colors in this rug! It goes with really anything! None of the colors are overbearing - they just mix and mingle in a way that will make this rug go with anything!

This really brightened up my living room and was an inexpensive way to change my decor. Great price for an 8 x 10 rug and much softer on the feet than I expected. Had a hard time getting my dog to move off of it so I could move the furniture back in place. With a few pillow cover changes and curtains it helped make a BIG difference from the previous black and white (zebra rug) decor to the bright teal.

This is a real "draw to the eye", if on its own, or can work with many color schemes. I think it looks better in person, its geometric gradations of color are reminicent of a certain artist, blue is a lovely combo of teal and blue, which is right on trend. Haven't had it long so can't say how it will hold up but looks like it will stand the test of time. My cat went straight for it, as soon as it arrived....so maybe that says something (lol). Very good a value, and I am pleased with purchase! True to pic, if not better.

This area/statement rug is to die for. It goes perfectly with my couches (I just moved into a new place), and it is the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. And what I love about it, is that it isn't flingy. It's sturdy and doesn't get ugly around the edges. Great find! Great buy....Happy Customer :)

This rug is beautiful and vibrant. Ordered it for my kitchen. Just painted my kitchen raspberry and it matches lovely. Probably a bit too much for it but I just love it, anyways. Would defininetly purchase again.

Looking for a neutral rug with a pop of color, I found this little gem! The blues and greens are subtle but definitely show up nicely with the beige and browns. It looks awesome against my wood floor and I get so many compliments. I loved it so much, I ordered the runner too!

Look, I'm a 32-year-old adult. I've never owned a rug, and I have commitment issues. So I spent way too much time looking at rugs on many sites and at outlet stores because I'm not wealthy. My friends kept telling me "rugs are an investment" and said that I shouldn't spend less than $400 because it would probably be crap. LIES. THEY'RE ALL LIARS. This rug is FINE, dudes. It's softer than I expected. It grounds the room and if one of my dumb liar friends spills a glass of wine on it, well, at least I didn't spend $400 on it, AMIRITE? Anyway, yes this is a good rug, just get it.

This carpet is beautiful. I am so glad that I read the reviews because the color does not match the picture. It is much brighter and the colors are gold and orange. That is what I wanted and it only goes to show how important writing a review is. I have never written one in my many years with Great Offer Stock. It helps others because buying online has some drawbacks especially when color is a concern. I love Great Offer Stock and will continue to use them forever!!!!!!

I've had this rug for 3 months now and I still love it! I get compliments all the time! I bought a simple anti slip pad to go underneath and the rug feels soft but not super plush. It hides my dogs shedding hair and grass/dirt very well! No funky factory smell and no problems with curling edges. It's a fantastic quality rug and the price is phenomenal! Love, love, love!

After I saw the picture and noticed that it was on **** i immediately purchased it without reading the description... I was tremendously disappointed to find out that this is a Faux hide and not real. While waiting for the package I read the reviews and though nervous I crossed my fingers and wished for the best. So, here's my description- hope this will give tips to anyone on the fence. 1. First thing I noticed is that the base is very cheaply made... It is microfiber suede but very thin. If they even doubled in thickness I think the entire rug would feel more lux. Anyways, it goes on the underside, and I know I can get a pad so I am not too concerned. Overall I feel it is too thin 2. The pile- it comes in very flat as it has been rolled for god knows how long. But if you are looking for a hide you are not looking for something fluffy anyways. As some other reviewers described, yes it is a bit shiny. However, real haircalf IS SHINY. It's HAIR. It has shine. So I feel it mimics the real thing pretty well. Also, it is only shiny when flat, so fluff it and it will become more matte. 3. Softness- Many people described the fur to be soft... but I don't think it is that soft. Kind of feels like a teddy bear if you bought it at the dollar store 4. Design- The design is EXCELLENT. This is probably the only reason why I am keeping it. It "looks" real, especially from a distance, but feels fake. I live in the city, and Im sure when I have my friends over they will ask me if it is real or not. The colors are pretty much like the image. I like that the white portions are more ivory/beige. It if was too white it would actually look fake. 5. Size- Another reason why I am not returning it. The size is PERFECT for my living room. I thought about returning it and just investing in a real hide, but real hides don't come in such large sizes. So A+ on this. So overall, yes it's fake, and I normally dislike fakes. However, this ones OK. Actually since i laid it out yesterday I am starting to like it a lot. My husband who is super picky said he liked it too, so it's a keeper. Oh, one more thing, it's not laying flat... I have some bubbling issues. But according to other reviewers it will flatten out. So i will wait till this happens.

Love this rug! It's such a nice rug for the price and I think it fits perfectly in my little girl's nursery.

I was a little leery because of some of the reviews and because the photo didn't look quite like the color I needed for my room, and I'd been leanig toward the sold-out brown color. However, I am glad I paid more attention to the better reviews, and those which described the color more accurately. (They really need some better photos, maybe with the rug in a room.) It really is more of a dark grayish brown than a true charcoal, and the way that the colored fibers are mixed lends to the authentic look of the rug. It is a little glossy, which I suppose can look "fake," if you're familiar with the look of real rawhides, but it doesn't bother me. And it is so soft underfoot! (My dog seems to love sleeping on it.) My style is generally modern, and this fits in really well. It's fun, chic, and a little earthy. And much cheaper than I have seen this same rug elsewhere online. I feel like it's the new centerpiece of my living room. BTW, I did not need a rug pad, but my (wood) floors don't have a varnished finish. A slicker floor might. Try the rug first.

The rug is very nice, but it is much darker than the picture. The rug is darker ivory and the swirls are brown.

I was looking at purchasing a similar more expensive rug but decided against it and it was the right decision. The Safavieh Adirondack rug is silver, grey, and ivory. Its a very nice rug.

I was able to get this rug on sale during the Presidents Day promo and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Yes, it is thin and not the highest quality (i.e., printed vs woven) but it looks amazing in our bedroom.

This rug was bought for my family room. Although, the colors are way off from what the picture portrays, the quality of the rug is awesome! I was expecting a darker beige/taupe with grey aspects in it, but the rug is more so shades of grey with off white designs. Even though the colors aren't what I was expecting, the rug's softness made up for it. The pile is high, and the material is soft. I've had this rug for about a month now and my dog loves it as well. I would definitely recommend!

Softest, most cushy rug I've ever purchased and came in perfect condition. Unrolled it and it was completely flat within minutes. I just want to lay on it all day!! So so comfortable and added the perfect touch of bohemian/modern/warm touch to our living room!

Rug arrived quickly and laid flat almost immediately because it was rolled up with the carpeted side on the outside, just the way it should be if packed properly. I had expected a bit darker burgundy red but it actually goes with my new hardwood floors even better. I have now bought three rugs, a Tiffany-style lamp and a coffee table from Great Offer Stock, all were delivered quickly, undamaged and have made excellent additions to my newly remodeled home. Count me as a highly satisfied customer who will buy from Great Offer Stock again and again!
