I saw some inconsistency with the color description. I would say it is as pictured. It is natural; a creamy shade. It is thick, stiff and consistent with sisal. I was very happy with my purchase.

rug is more yellow than expected. both the rug itself and border. Not close to what was pictured on the site. I am keeping it because you dont have a smaller size in the ivory taupe rug that I LOVE

Ours just arrived today. This is a typical chunky weave sisal rug. My issue is that the website describes it as "cream" but it's really just the natural color of a sisal rug - which is a very organic beige-tan color. Based on the "cream" description on the website, I was expecting more of an actual cream or ivory color. This won't work with the space I got it for, so I will be sending it back.
