the upholstery is too soft, rubbed my granite counter to and already scratched :(

All 3 chairs were shipped separately and in terrible condition. The styrofoam was all shredded in all 3 boxes and went all over my new home. The first chair doesn't function properly and slips up and down. I requested a replacement but have no idea how I could ship back the bad chair. I told this to customer service and they told me to throw it away and don't worry about shipping it back. Then I received an email the next with bad incomplete instructions on how to ship back this big heavy stool. Terrible shopping experience.

These stools are extremely cool. We get compliments on how great they look every time we have guests. They're very unique, modern, clean, and stylish. Assembly took a little time (I had 4 to put together, took me alone about an hour maybe) but wasn't difficult and went smoothly after I figured out what I was doing. The stools are comfortable, but I will say that they are a little wobbly. Nothing out of control or bad, but just ever so slightly. I think I will need to flip them over and tighten the main bolt occasionally. A few things I didn't think about before ordering: 1)if you want a stool that you can push in/out easily you'll need to buy pads for the bottoms. I didn't have pads on them the first several days and it was incredibly annoying to get in and out of the stool and push it in or out. When no on is sitting in them, they look best pushed in and lined up evenly. The felt pads resolved this issue for me - and saved my floors from being scratched. 2)they're going to have to be cleaned often. You can see dust and crumbs fairly easily so I've had to wipe the base down a few times already, which hasn't been a huge deal, just something to note. Overall: extremely happy with this purchase.

For the price, it is one of the more trendy chairs. Very stable and heavy-no problems here. Only thing that is a down, is how very plain and without a lot of personaliyt the chair appears. But you know, for the cost it is an EXCELLENT chair.

These stools are great! I just bought 6 of them for my new home - kitchen island. They are very comfortable, stylish, and sturdy. Everyone loves that they are adjustable. The color and finish match my kitchen decor perfectly. Two of the stools did have a small cut in the seat cushion but Great Offer Stock was amazing and took car of it right away. So happy!
