This rug is beautiful, whimsical, made with natural fibers (wool & cotton) and a perfect size. It does need to be vacuumed often (as it is black and we have animals), but it is a small price to pay for such a joyful addition to our home. I highly recommend the rug. We flipped it over and dampen the cotton edges to get the rug to lay flat... but that worked perfectly and took no time at all. Enjoy!
It's perfect under our kitchen table. This has a thick pile for jute. Great texture with a natural stripe. As most jute rugs, it does snag and an occasional fiber 'pops up' and needs to be cut off. Some jute rugs are not perfectly sized/stretched but this one is perfect. I would buy it again!
I have purchased many items from Great Offer Stock in the past, including several rugs. I particularly like the Safavieh Natural Fiber Hand Woven Resorts and Hand-Woven Natural Kilim rugs and enjoy them in my home. However, most have had some type of issue, usually a minor and unnoticeable flaw, but my latest purchase had flaws which were more than minor. The lilim rug fringes were flawed on one end with missing and uneven knots, as well as fraying in a few places. However, it fills the space nicely and am keeping it. See photo.
The color isn't gray, it's a natural color with some gray woven into it but the border is as shown in the picture.
