Other than having to return one due to a defective mechanism, the installation was very easy, and they raise and lower effortlessly. If you are looking for a more private blind with a true 'driftwood' finish, then these are perfect! When daylight filters through the blinds, however, the color is more brown than warm gray. In regards to the return, Great Offer Stock shipped a new blind and I was able to use that box with a prepaid shipping label to return---so easy!

Beautiful blinds!! Worth every penny!! These are cordless woven blinds. Beautiful color and they look expensive. These are not blackout shades but block decent amount of light. Mounting hardware was included but the only problem we faced was that the screws included were too short. So we used the bigger ones we had. Mounting was easy once we figured out the screw problem. Apart from that I LOVE THESE BLINDS. Going to order again.
