This is a great pan! I braised a bottom round in it and my husband said it was the best I ever made. I agree, it actually made the food taste better. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have a glass top stove and if you slide the pan on it, it scratches.
This pan is just as it is described. I'm always happy to get quality craftsmanship and not an inferior product. I would certainly buy again!
Guys, this is the best fry pan that I've owned....Im in love with the ceramic non stick since they say its more green and better than the other non stick. Anyway...I cook everything in here no joke...had it for one week now and I made eggs, chicken stew and some veggies and it all cooked perfectly. My only problem with it is that it doesn't come with a cover! Its looks very beautiful and feels sturdy.
