My stove is small and the pot handles get in the way when I'm using all the burners. This is the perfect answer to that problem. The weight is comparable to the other pots in the Farberware line so the match is great!
My son expressed a need for a double boiler and since he has a set of Farberware cookware already, it was only natural to choose this pot. He was happy to receive this piece as an addition to his set.
Over the years the stainless steel pots/pans are not as substantial as they once were. I needed one so this is working OK for the price .
