Two major problems 1) the original listing said that these chairs were white and I see that Great Offer Stock has since changed it. But I bought these because they were listed as white. 2) I opened the first chair, saw it was natural, thought "well I might be able to work with this," continued to open the chair and it has at least two smears of dirt on it. Like so obvious that the plastic wasn't even off and I could see the dirt. I didn't even open the other because I needed them both for a party and had to scurry to find another option. Great looking chair--especially for the price! I orderd a pair of these chairs and received them a couple of days ago. They look great--just like the photo. The color, as someone else said, is a very neutral off-while color, not too yellow and not too white, just what I was looking for. You have to install the legs, and once I figured it out, it was not too hard to do (but I am fairly handy). Just two bolts on each leg, tightened with an Allen wrench that they provide. No other tools required. The instructions were fairly clear but didn't spell everything out (for instance, you have to look at the pictures to know which washer goes where). They included directions for adjusting the legs if the chair didn't sit exactly level but both of mine were exactly level on the first try. When you have the chair turned upside down while installing the legs, you can see that the workmanship on the upholstery leaves something to be desired--not too neat or precise, but that is underneath where it doesn't show. One thing the directions left out was that the underside liner that covers everything up is attached by Velcro strips on 3 sides but the 4th side is tacked on. You have to pull back the lining to install the leg bolts and I accidentally tore a small area (it's very thin fabric) because I didn't know that part of it is tacked down and does not detach. Anyway, it all worked out and the underside will not be in view. The chairs seem fairly solid and sturdy at present. The slip overs are well-made and fit nicely. The bottom part of each skirt was very wrinkled out of the box but my little steamer took that right out. They look great now and I hope they will hold up well and last for awhile. I will post a further update if anything changes but, so far, I am really glad I bought these. They look great and were a super good price--far less than anything similar I looked at.

Gorgeous!! I'm was VERY nervous to order these guys because of the few harsh critiques. I was worried they wouldn't go in our 'soft white' dining room but I've gotta' say, after receiving these beauties (earlier than expected mind you!) I'm starting to wonder if reviewers who gave such low ratings are really just trying to throw others off the trail so they can hoard them to their selves! ;) These chairs are extremely well made! Heavy, screw corner blocked with sinuous spring seats ( which is modern day eight-way hand tied quality btw) as opposed to 'webbing' in the seats that wear out and start to sag. (Think *** chairs) They are not bright white but a soft off white. But NOT heavy cream or yellow ivory. We have many furniture pieces deemed "high end" *** gold, ***,ect...and these are in that court just less outrageously priced! With an entire house to renovate every penny matters! If you are on the fence I assure you you won't regret this purchase. PS I'm not paid for the review..I just really dig these chairs! :)

Majestic and Comfy at the same time! I bought 2 of these for the ends of a new second sitting area to replace where there was a large piano. I bought the gray chairs and they look like a Restoration Hardware(whom I feel is quite overpriced but good quality)...These chairs were not cheap but well worth the price bc of the quality...
