it is adjustable so height depends on where you mount to the frame. The top of mine is 46" from the floor. You can adjust where the uprights attach to the frame and also where the headboard itself attaches to the uprights. I have a platform frame and a thick mattress and adjusted the headboard so there would not be a gap between the mattress and the bottom of the headboard itself.

Mine is set at 23" but there are additional predrilled holes in the wood risers that could lower it an additional 6 inches. You could easily make it even lower.

We bought it with a metal bed frame we also purchased from Great Offer Stock. Both are full size, yet they do not fit together properly. The instructions show a square wooden frame it's intended to attach to. We made it work, but the headboard supoorts are noticeably skewed and the whole setup seems jiggly. I dont recommend it...
