This chandelier is gorgeous. It's a royal pain in the butt to put together but I'm a craft girl and figured it out, did it myself though an extra pair of hands would have been usful! Everyone that enters my house is obsessed. You literally have to put every piece together and hang every crystal, but for the price you cant beat it. It's a labor of love.

I am not a contractor by any stretch but was willing to give it my best try to save the $350 I was quoted by two electricians for install (not assembly just install). The reviews prepared me for how time consuming this would be. Watched a couple of youtube videos ahead of time about chandelier wiring and cleared a Saturday. Opened the box at noon and was done with assembly, including short breaks, at about 6pm. This included testing the light to make sure all 6 would light up. I did this by cutting off the female end of a cheap extention cord then wiring the neutral and hot wires from the fixture to the extension cord. After that pluged it into the wall outlet and voila.....all six lightbulbs illumimated. This saved a ton of time at the end if it had been wired improperly. The entire piece is a puzzle and can be frustrating. I figure the "sweat equity" I put in saved me $1000+ dollars over the assembled name brand fixture. So worth it and the fixture is a room changer and gorgeous. Would purchase again.

Beautiful but instructions are horrible. Definitely a two man assembly job.

I have had this light for a while believe me, the quality is just fine for the price and when it is up, you can't tell the difference between this light and one from RH that is thousands of dollars.

Just enough rustic with a touch of bling!

Ok I know once you get the package and open it you feel a bit overwhelmed, however, once you get into it, it's not impossible to put together. I'm no electrician so I just watched a you tube video on how to assemble and wire a chandelier and it helped a bit. The instructions are not good so you basically have to use some common sense and treat it like a puzzle. Just set a few hours aside and go for it! It's worth it in the end! Oh and its enormous so make sure you have the right ceiling height for it! Once up, it's spectacular! I have received so many compliments on this fixture!

The assembly instructions were awful and it came in a ton of pieces. The instructions were so useless I just laid out all the pieces and by trial and error got it together in about 2.5 hours. The electrician hasn't installed it yet - I'm leaving the wiring to him - but it is a beautiful light fixture and looks much more expensive than it was.

I read that this is difficult to put together, and I think I underestimated just how difficult it would be. Luckily we had family visiting and one member has done a bunch of electrical work and spent an entire day putting it together. From the wiring (I would never have known how to do this!) to the crystals, it was a huge time investment. Had they not visited, I would have had to pay someone to do the wiring and I can just imagine what they would have charged. I've ordered a bunch of Great Offer Stock chandeliers and never had this kind of wiring involved. The chandelier is also(as previously reviewed) HUGE! I bought it for our dining room and had to put it in our entry way. All that being said... I LOVE IT! It's absolutely beautiful. I've had a few people over since it's been hung and they've raved about it... without my mentioning it. Very, very nice! Just expect a LOT of work in assembling it before you can enjoy.

This is a beautiful addition to our dining room. Our only complaint is it should come assembled to some degree...the instructions are terrible. Luckily my husband had the patience to figure it out. All in all this fixture is a great deal and we love the look!!

Works perfect and looks amazing for over a year now. I've done a lot of comparison to the one at Restoration Hardware and still cant tell much of any difference. The only downside is it takes some time and patience to put it together.

We had our hearts set on the **** version but just couldn't pull the trigger on the price. My husband found this light, very comparable in looks and a HUGE savings in price, and we couldn't be happier! The quality of the crystals are a little lacking, but unless you are really unclose, you dont notice. We get SO many compliments on it, such a gorgeous statement piece!

Love love love this chandieler. Like Testoration Hardware but MUCH more affordable and just as pretty. You will not be disappointed. But beware the instructions are not very good. You basically only get a picture diagram. But if you look really closely and count the crystal numbers you'll figure it out.
