"How much does this dresser weigh?"
I bought two of these. After taking all pf one out of the box I decided that the assembly project was too much. I called a guy who had both dressers complete in about 90 mins. Dressers are heavy but the drawers seem lightweight. The drawers are deep though so I can store a lot of something light weight. The top locking drawer is a mice feature.

Gorgeous, spacious, well-made drawers.
I love this chest of drawers. I had to hire someone to put it together, but it was worth it.I also replaced the knobs and it was well worth it. I don't even understand poor reviews about being flimsy and not lasting in a child's room. This is solid wood construction - my lower drawers are packed with storage items, including picture albums and other items that are not exactly light. It's a great value and it's gorgeous. Especially if you change out the knobs.

This is very lightweight and will need to be secured to the wall if in a child's room. The draws have extremely thin, flimsy plywood bottoms that probably won't stand up to the abuse my son will give it. They feel like they will give and break through, there is absolutely no reinforcement at all. The dresser weighs, I swear, about 25 lbs, it's that light. I would advise against buying it unless you are pu tying it in a room that no one uses, and you just need to fill a space.
