So convenient. I make my breakfast smoothie, grab the spill proof cup on my way out of the door and I don't need a full meal until dinner time!

I bought this to use at the office and it works well. You can't overload but it's good for making small quantities.

I have been having the same smoothie in the morning for many years. I always used a full size blender. I never realized that I was working WAY too hard. This blender is the perfect size and so easy to use and clean. Plus, it's really powerful so it crushes the ice and mixes to just the right texture. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase this!
