This bed came in 5 boxes. Directions were kind of lacking but not impossible to use to construct the bed. It took about 2.5-3 hours. If all the directions are followed and every part is used, then you will have set up a pretty solid and beautiful bed. The tufted headboard and panels on the side are very well constructed. Do practice caution so as to not to tear the cloth when assembling. Overall, once assembled, it is a very nice bed. That nap on the bed after spending the few hours assembling it will make the effort well worth it. Hope this helps.

Incorrect sizing online at the time of purchase When I bought this bed it was listed as a queen. So, I bought a queen mattress. When I received the bed and built it, it was only a full. I then checked the tags and paperwork which came with the the bed... ALL the paperwork also all said queen! I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. I work as a retail manager for a furniture store; so, I found this response to be less than satisfactory. I always take care of dissatisfied customers, especially given the circumstance. The bed itself is nice but I was out a lot of money because of the circumstance.

Very solid bed This bed has worked out great. I really like that the feet are adjustable so that they can be lengthened a little for use on a carpeted floor. Looks great and stands up to a good solid roll in the hay.

Value for Money I took a chance buying a bed online because everything I found in stores that resembled this bed was at least $1000. Overall I am very pleased with this bed. It came in about 12 days after ordering. The boxes were very heavy but not unmanageably so. Assembly was fairly straight forward. It takes about an hour and a half to assemble. I was moving slowly to make sure I didn't mess anything up. Bed quality is pretty good. Bottom line, it's great value for money compared what you can find in fabric tufted beds in stores.

However, I would describe it more on the black/gray tone than dark blue. I use it in a guest bedroom and looks great for the price!

Just make sure to read the "details" section and see if it states for the headboard only or if it mentions the side rails and footboard. I almost ordered the one for just the headboard instead of the bed - but caught it right before I ordered and changed it to the complete bed

If you order the complete set, it comes in 2 separate boxes. Mine were a day apart in delivery and I was quite worried that I ordered the wrong thing or misunderstood. I called customer services and they explained it to me and were very reassuring. Just as they stated the other box came the next day.

I ordered the bed in the gray linen. It was a bit darker than I expected but still works great in my space. I experienced the same situations as mentioned above. I almost ordered the headboard only but then realized and changed selection to entire bed. My shipments arrived on 2 separate days as well but was notified of it so was not worried about it. I use this bed in my guest room so it's perfect. Only had guests stay over 2 times so can't really comments on the quality yet. Overall I recommend it for the price.
