The gray isn't quite as dark as shown in the picture, which I actually prefer. It's been used as a foot stool and a seat, both are comfortable and sturdy. Surprisingly light weight too compared to other poufs I've seen.

While I love this little ottoman, and it adds a cute pop of color to our charcoal colored couches, I was very disappointed when the inner lining got a hole in it after 2-3 months of just use as a foot rest. So it's been leaking little styrofoam balls all over our living room and we have to try to keep our animals from eating them. Just disappointed that it hasn't held up because we really love the look of it

THEY ARE GREAT IN FEEL AND ARE A GREAT WAY TO ADD A POP OF COLOR TO THE ROOM. I WAS JUST A BIT DISAPPOINTED IN THE YELLOW ONE I RECEIVED. IT IS NOT THE BRIGHT YELLOW AS SHOWN IT IS MORE A GOLD COLOR...BUT IT DOES WORK FOR WHAT I WANTED.

It seems very hard but that's great because I want it to last a long time. The yellow is a bit pale so not what your looking for if you wanted a bright yellow.
