Mowhawk Medallion Area Rug I bought this rug for outdoors by my patio furniture. It is very pretty but not really meant for outdoors. It soaks up water and retains it for days. I finally had to hang to dry and still took a couple days in direct sun. I continue to use it outdoors but I do take it in under the threat of rain which is inconvenient.

Not good with rain We bought two of these to cover one side of our patio. They look great and, for the price, we will be happy to get 2 years use of them. The downside is that when it rains, the water stays on top of the rug and you literally have to sweep it off, otherwise they take several days to dry, even in Indiana summer heat and wind. Our other outdoor rug does not 'hold' water and takes less than a day to dry. For looks and value, this would be a 5 star product.

Beautiful rug I bought this rug to go on my deck inside our gazebo. I was hoping the colors would go well with my patio furniture and throw pillows. The background is more beige than the picture looked on-line, but that's what other reviews said and also what I was hoping for. The rug is soft and feels good on bare feet. The rust and red colors pop, along with subtle blues (turquoise and some teal) and celery green. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it came Friday. You can't beat the free & fast shipping, plus I was able to get an additional discount using my Entertainment book. I spent hours on-line looking at indoor/outdoor rugs, but I couldn't find any deal better than this. It was definitely worth every penny!

I have hardwood throughout my 3500 square foot home. I have pads underneath all my area rugs- thin ones. This rug is a really excellent choice for kitchen or dining room depending on your decor. The medallion rug has brilliant colors and is easy to sweep up. The advantage of indoor/ outdoor I take it outside and clean and let it dry.

I would say the corners will come up, I have it inside my sun room where it is not subject to any weather conditions and sometimes the corners do lift up, and then I have to put something heavy on top to keep it down.

It is bright and happy, but I live in Nevada and it is windy. The corners do blow up. If that is a big deal to you, better choose something else. I have not had any fading yet. I put them down last year and they are still bright.

When the wind picks up I do move the furniture towards the corners, and to be honest it isn't a big deal to me. I love the colours and the the durability of this rug, just perfect for my world.

hARD TO SAY, DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG YOUR WINDS ARE. I wouldn't worry about it blowing away with furniture on it. Mine is in my Living Room, so I have no problem with winds or fading. I love it!

This pattern comes in two different products. They are exactly the same except one is a tad thicker than the other. The thinner one is considerably less money. Maybe you saw the thinner one before and now you are seeing the thicker one.

It's been on the porch all summer and I do not remember if it was 8X10 or narrower. However I can tell you that it looks wonderful, really perks up the colors on the cushions on the wicker furniture. It makes everything look quite festive. We will not be bringing it in for the winter, in Texas we have some surprisingly warm days, so I intend to enjoy year round.

I originally bought this rug to go on my deck, however I liked it so much I ended up keeping it in my house. The feel of the rug is comparable to those sold strictly for indoor use. My opinion is this rug would be soft enough to use in a bedroom.
