This little guy is so powerful. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the instructions are not easy at the part of wires coordination. If you have an old house, you are going to spend more time trying to figure out which cable goes with the other. It was hard for us, but now is working great. Performance: really good, powerful at high speed and quiet. The light is good for small spaces. This fan can't be installed on rooms bigger than 8x10.

A Real Cutie Love this ceiling fan. It's presentation is sleek and unassuming, doesn't over power the small room. The light is great, really like the dimmer switch and this little cutie packs a punch. Air flow has 4 adjustments and cools off the rooms (adjoining living room and dining room) very well. One of the best purchases I've made for our top to bottom remodel. :)
