Pretty but... The bed itself is pretty, sturdy, and easy to put together. The "antiquing" looks like my toddler scribbled brown crayon all over it, so it's not the best. I'm knocking off another star because the bed frame - I bought a full - is at least 2-3 inches larger than the mattress/boxspring. I can literally see the floor between the frame and the mattress.

"Has anyone purchased the full size ? Is it a true full size or a full/queen ? I have this bed already in "full". I believe by another mtg. I, purchased here on Great Offer Stock. I just assembled, way past the return date. This "full size" is ridiculously large ! It's a good 3 inches too big around the intire perimeter of the mattress ! It takes up prime real estate in my small apartment bedroom. My nightstand now blocks my closet door by a few inches !! Thought I could live with it, but after a week, the mattress moves all over the place ! I now hate this beautiful sturdy frame ! "
