    Just received this headboard today....will review after I get it to my daughter's apt and get it assembled/set up. But the answer to my own question is that this headboard is 62.25" wide, 3.25" deep, and the headboard alone is 24" high at the shortest point and aro 37" high at the tallest. We have not yet put the legs on (they are black metal, btw) but if this one follows suit with most other headboards I have looked at, that would add another 24", for a total of 61-62" high at the center point. Be aware that the headboard actually comes folded in the box....I nearly cried when I saw the box on my porch as it appeared to be less than two feet high (despite having looked at the other headboards in this collection when I never got an answer to my question - thinking the Marlen would be the tallest based on the rows of button tufts, etc), but upon opening the box it unfolds to the dimensions I stated above. IF you look VERY closely at the magnified photo, you will see evidence of the point at which it unfolds on the right hand side - between button row 3 and 4 counting from the top down. A bit of steaming to the creases on the front and you would barely notice that it ever folded at all - unless you look at it from the side. The fabric is a nice light (slightly yellowish) beige, and soft. Overall looks pretty nice and I will update with a review when we get it assembled.
