Perfect, softer than expected. No need for pad underneath on travertine floor. Colors grey, navy, ivory and teal. The teal is blended in background, I was concerned at first, then once rolled out cannot notice as much blends into back ground. Beautiful!

This rug is perfect for my dining room. The colors are ideal: good pop but not overwhelming. It picks ups all my grays, browns, and multiple accents of blues around my house perfectly. Good quality and comfortable on the feet. If it seems wrinkly, it will settle after a few days. It lays nice and I did not need a pad underneath it.

I was fortunate to get this on sale, so I also purchased the runner for my hallway. It’s not a thick pile rug, but it’s not paper thin either. Quite honestly, it’s perfect. I get more complements on it. This rug will make the statement for the room. I don’t follow a particular style, But Id say my style is a mix of rustic farmhouse/beachy cottage if that helps. Luckily I have not had to clean this rug. I would definitely spot clean and use Resolve if I felt it needed a bigger cleaning job. It is so soft to the touch I would be afraid a bissel cleaner would take the softness away.

This rug is beautiful and exceeded my expectations for the money. I actually have wallpaper in my kitchen/dining area and was concerned about mixing the two patterns....this worked perfectly. It is in a room with many windows that look onto a golf course.....the view is gorgeous however during the winter we found the room to be cold.....this was the perfect addition for both "room warmth" and "view warmth." I am so happy we made this purchase. I also purchased the same pattern in a runner to lay between windows and front of cooking island in kitchen. Perfect!!

I have 3 of these rugs on hardwood floors and do not use a rug pad because they are weighted by furniture. They will slide on a smooth surface without the furniture. I bought one for the living room and loved it so much I got 2 more for bedroom and dining room.

Actually, I don't use a rug pad and I have it on a wooden floor. I do use a rug pad for the smaller rugs - the matching runner (7'x2') and the matching entrance run (5' x 3'). The reason I don't need a rug pad on the 8 x 10 is I have a coffee table and a couch on the end of the rug - but in general, even on the end with no furniture, there is no slipping on the floor - it is heavy enough without one. If you don't put any furniture on it, then I would recommend the pad, as well.
