I purchased 3 of these sets as gifts. The day they were delivered I knew there was a problem. Yes, the color and design is lovely, but Lenox absolutely erred in the packaging of the sets. Every single set had a broken piece in it! The sugar bowls had ALL been haphazardly packaged. There was one broken sugar bowl and the other 2 sets had sugar bowl lids that were broken. This was a very disappointing purchase. I immediately contacted Great Offer Stock and their customer service rep (Kerry) was excellent. Their was a method of addressed for my issue that was promptly set I motion, and I got all my money back! Lenox is a fine company, but those responsible for the packaging have ruined what should have been a routine purchase. Kudos to Great Offer Stock and shame on Lenox! I cannot recommend this purchase. Another box just might have more broken pieces for the next buyer!

Love this set, it's not cheap thin glassware it durable and looks very classy
