The lamp is easy to assemble, it looks great and what is expected for the price. However, both lamps received had rust stains on the inside of the shades which are made of heavy weight compressed paper. In addition, one of the lamps base and pole were not fully assembled leaving the pole wobbly. Great Offer Stock CS rep was great, with processing the return and replacement. Again, the replacement arrived wobbly and with the stain in the shade. Great Offer Stock agreed to send me a new shade and I will repair the lamp myself and they also refunded a portion of the price on the lamp. Their customer service keeps me coming back...just placed another order today!
