Knightsbridge Tufted Scroll Arm Chesterfield Sofa by iNSPIRE Q Artisan

I really am enjoying this sofa. It had everything I was looking for as well as being super affordable. It has the look of something expensive from those other online retailers. Chesterfields are so expensive, and most I looked at were out of my price range. I saw this one and couldn't believe it. I have been wanting this one for months. I had originally wanted leather, but my cats quickly disabused me of that. It took a week to arrive and came in 3 boxes on two different days. It wasn't too difficult to put together by myself, you just need to be able to lift the pieces. It would be easier for two people, but can be done with one. Some things to note: It is a bit (very) firm. The cushions will relax a bit, but the back and sides will most likely never relax. It isn't something a few throw pillows couldn't fix to alleviate that complaint if you have it. I have a spot I usually sit, so I will be moving around cushions to make them relax as well. I don't know if the pricier versions are more comfortable, or if it's the style. Just take this into consideration when comparing sofas. Another plus is that the cushions are reversible. I just put a cover on it as I have pets and want to hold onto the newness a bit longer to protect it. As for some concerns. I didn't care as much for the fabric as I hoped. As great as the linen looks, it is a bit itchy on bare skin. I am hoping that with some time that will ease. Should have known as I don't care to wear linen clothes. I received the Dark Grey color. It is more of a washed out black/charcoal. It gave me pause when I pulled it out of the box. It has a bit of a blue tone to the dye as other reviewers said. I was worried it would clash with my wall color BM Thunder. I think with time, the dye will become less intense so it will look more like the photo. I accessorized with throw pillows and throws and I don't notice the blue tone. Lighting also helps, try using a warmer light in the room. It's been a few weeks and I can't say enough good things about it. I have taken quite a few naps on it. If you are looking for a sofa to sink into, this isn't it. But for the style and price, I think you can't go wrong as long as you understand that.

This just arrived in three large boxes. My husband and I put it together in about 10 minutes. We love it! Color is beautiful and design and quality is very impressive. I think I'm going to order the matching chair now. It is firm but I still think it's comfortable to sit in, the firmness is all a part of the design so it doesn't bother me a bit. First, I want to say how frustrating it has been dealing with Overstock's customer service. The shipping info for this order was incorrect from the beginning and even though I received my sofa in 4-5 business days, the status of the order was labeled "Returned" and has recently changed to "Cancelled," which is odd since I am literally sitting on the sofa now. The sofa comes in 3 different boxes and has to be put together which I easily did by myself, and required no tools or brainpower. As soon as I sat on the sofa I was immensely dissapointed. Everything was so stiff and uncomfortable. I tried to tell myself that it was just me as my legs throbbed and my back stiffened up. However, in a few days the the 2 ends that my wife and I sat on became heavenly. It is amazing how much softer both the cushions, back areas and armrests are on both ends than they are in the middle, since, of course, no one sits in the middle. There are many complaints about this sofa being too stiff. However, if you do a wuick search on the internet you will find that it is the norm for new sofas, mattresses, and car seats to be stiff when they are new. Have you ever sat in the passenger side of your car and felt like the seat was higher and more stiff? Of course you have because it doesn't get nearly the amount of use as the driver's seat. One of the salesman at Ashley furniture told me that so many customers wan to return their furniture becasue it didn't feel the same as the showroom model. He constantly has to explain that is because many,many people have already broken in the store model and that is why it feels more comfortable than the new one. Look, all I am saying is that you might be dissapointed with the feel of this sofa at first. But, give it a few days or weeks and I promise you will love it. I will say that the back area is not as soft as other sofas but it is comfortable, if that makes sense. As far as looks go, it is stellar, just like the pictures. Oh, and I did want ti mention that because it is in pieces nothing will ever get lost in the cracks since you can simply loosen the pieces and brush the debris out the back. There is no "abyss" for food and other gross things to get lost in. I will upload the assembly instructions and you will see what I am talking about.

First let me say that I was super impressed by the delivery time of this item. the couch showed up at my home in less then three days. Now sadly on tom the negative. The couch looked great I bought the red one and loved the way it looked but man it was super uncomfortable. I secretly kept it to myself until even my ten year old daughter started complaining about the couch. I only had it in my home for less then 24Hrs before I packed it up and put it back on the truck. I was once again super impressed by the quick response and the refund from Great Offer Stock. They did charge me the return shipping fee but for the size of the item I felt it was a fair cost.

It's a beautiful sofa! Feels solid, dark gray fabric is a little darker than pictured, it's almost a black. But really lovely! I tried to assemble by myself and had a little trouble, looks simple enough in the instructions, but it's definitely a two-person job. You need someone to lift/support as you hook together, but once you do, it's a piece of cake!

I’ve purchased this sofa several times. This was the first time in this color. Great, dependable item and one of the only high arm sofas still out there since the modern ones are pretty low arm

Beautiful Dark grey tufted couch. It is linen but tough and almost looks like denim. We love it. Very hefty. Found it easy to assemble but took two people. I would recommend this couch to anyone!
