Gorgeous!! Absoutely as expected/pictured!! Love! I was nervous ordering this online. It's gorgeous! The linen fabric is beautiful and as pictured - no slips, knots, pulls or saggy-bagginess. The frame is sturdy, no squeaks (lol) It does take an extra set of hands to assemble. There is a little bit of gap on both sides of bed once the box springs are in (we have a king bed w/ two twin box springs under mattress) but once bed is made, it is not noticeable. Love it!

This bed is compatible with an adjustable base of that size. The headboard is approximately 53 inches high.

The slats are approximately 8.7 inches high on the platform version and 6.2 inches high on the regular bed version. The regular bed version requires the use of box spring or foundation to support the mattress.

This platform bed does not require a box spring as it includes a set of 39 Euro slats, two middle support iron pipes and 8 support legs. The distance from the floor to the bottom of the bed is approximately 7 inches. The regular includes 5 slats and 15 support legs and therefore requires a box spring. The floor clearance on the regular is approximately 5.5 inches.
