This trash receptacle is great in the bathroom. No hands opening and closes automatically. It also keeps the pets out of the trash and the bathroom door open when not in use.

I love this trash can. Its functions work properly, and it looks great in my kitchen. Also, since it is touchless, it stays clean all the time. So far, I can’t complain; it is perfect.

I knew the dimensions before I bought it, but somehow I was surprised when I saw how small it is. It's no bigger than a very small waste bin you'd have in a powder room. So I returned this for the 4 gallon. Both look great and motion sensor works fine. I like the fact that you can walk by it without it popping up out of nowhere. You have to deliberately put your hand above the sensor for it to open.

I’ve had this garbage can for more than six months. It’s sleek and smooth. It holds the trash tightly, preventing any smells from permeating. Great purchase.

This can looks great in the kitchen but does not take up much space. It holds more than the average 13 gallon can without adding bulk. The step handle is the width of the can which makes it easy to step and open the can from any angle. The can came in perfect condition and the slot to hold the bags is a great addition. Yes the can is expensive, but it should be the last one you have to buy.

Great, functional trash can. Clean design, sturdy, and nice size. Just what we needed for our smallish kitchen.

A nice smaller sized garbage can. I used to have the larger version of this same can, which uses 13 gallon bags, but you cant get that on Great Offer Stock any more. They now sell the itouchless version, which is uglier, but functions the same. Anyway, this can is a little bit bulky, and it would be nice if they made a 3-4 gallon size, or even a smaller one you could use for compost. But if you want a fairly compact office or bath trash can, this works. the mechanism is a bit noisy, but nothing offensive. It closes tightly, and perhaps a bit too harshly. But at leas it stays closed. A problem with a lot of these cans is that the lid doesnt seat fully. Then you get more garbage stink coming out if it's used in the kitchen, or a bath where you dont flush paper. The controls work fine. Press open, and it stays open. Then close to close it from that position. Has an on off switch on the back that is useful for when you dont want it to open. There is no power adapter port however, so this can only run on 4 D batteries. One thing you can do to save yourself trouble, get AA rechargeables, and buy the D adaptors. Then you can never worry about batteries. I cant say how long a fresh set of alkaline D batteries will last, but usually you can get a long run out of them, perhaps a year, from what Ive heard others say and my own experience with similar cans. Has the typical ring on top method of securing the garbage bag. The one thing Ive never liked about these cans is that they havent figured out a way to make the ring secure the bag so that the edge is still inside the can. It always ends up detracting from the look when you see the top of the bag with the drawstring on the outside of the can, just below the lid. They should really double wall the interior so the bag edge remains inside. Oh well. Perfection is hard to come by these days.

This item works exactly as advertised. It is attractive, well-made, and compact. It has been in continuous use for nearly a month, and is still behaving and looking as if it were brand new. Absolutely NO complaints about this purchase!

I never envisioned writing a review of a trashcan let alone thought I would ever purchase one online. In my search for perfection I had to take it online and Great Offer Stock had exactly what I had been looking for at a somewhat reasonable price. The simplehuman stainless steel touch-bar recycle can has two compartments that separates your recycle from garbage. It is perfect for us for now because there are only two in the household. If you have any more than two people in the home, I would recommend a different product because it tends to fill quickly. Also, I find the touch bar more convenient than a step can but after many years of step can use I find myself looking for the step bar rather than just touching the top of the can with my wrist. This purchase came with simplehuman size G garbage bags to get us started. It was a great marketing ploy - but to be honest - it's just as easy to use a regular 13 gallon bag. Especially if you would like to use the recycle bags with significantly less plastic. Overall I really like the sleek look of the garbage/reclycle duo, it's functionality is just what I was looking for, and the price albeit a little on the expensive side was still worth it for me. I'm very happy with the product and I ordered it over a month ago.

Pretty. Its not very large for a kitchen trash can, so you will have to change the bag almost daily.

love the fact that the lid opens with a slight tap am thinking about buying the charger

This trash can is really nice. It slow closes and is very quiet when using (doesn't slam down and wake the baby if I throw something away). It also cleans up really well even though it is white. And it fits a ton of stuff for the size!

The small can has an inner bucket that is easy to line and just lift out the bucket and take to the compactor. The larger can has a ring that the inner plastic liner should fit around, it is a little flimsy and could be easily broken. I wished the larger can had the inner bucket for longevity sake. The cans are good looking and the sensors are very effective and the large can has an on and off switch so when you are not using the kitchen you can trun it off and save battery life. In all I like the products and the care that was taken to package them so that they arrived unscratched or dented. This is particularly useful with small children that don;t want to use a trash can. This can makes it fun to throw their own trash away!

The can arrived in excellent condition via UPS. The packaging ensured that if any damage had occurred it would have to be catastrophic.The operation of the can with the automatic opening feature has performed flawlessly. This is the second automatic opening can we have purchased and we particularly like that the lid stays open as long as something is by the sensor, it does not close until the sensor sees nothing. The round can makes it easier to remove and replace the top when removing and putting in new plastic bags. The plastic ring secures the bag in place and ensures the garbage goes into the bag, not the inside of the can. There is a lip on the inside of the can where the stainless steel has been rolled over to finish the top edge which does catch the bag if it is very full when removing the bag from the can. A little care and using your hand to push the bag away from the lip takes care of that without tearing the bag at all. All in all it has been great and we would nt hesitate to buy another if we needed one.

Is a perfect combination for the decoration of a bathroom or even a kids room. I'm just in love with everything I have bought on Great Offer Stock

I love these cans. I use the bigger one for recycling cans and plastic. It actually holds quite a bit.

I like the outside, but the inside is very brassy and reminds me of a tin can, got a plastic liner for it and it looks great.

This trash can is nice in color but is smaller than I thought it would be. With a bag in it, it doesn't close securely.

I love the fact that you do not have to touch the can for it to open and close.
