Great addition to a pool party Our table arrived yesterday, very easy to put the base on the table. Nice instruction book, very well made. The plug is in the bottom if the cooler. It's there, but due to its dark color, you may miss it. Height is great not just as a side table but even when you lift the table for ice and drinks. My recommendation is to bring it inside during the winter.

Much Larger than they seem well made, no real assembly but bottom 1/4 is a separate piece and relies on gravity as there are no connections, Top must be held and shaft collar twisted to lock in up position or to let down. All in all, well made and recommended.

Perfect pool side companion I was looking for a sturdy table with some class. This has both and functionality! The lift top with cooler below is great. You can lock the top in the up position or simply lift to get out your favorite beverage. It will hold about 12 cans of soda etc with room for ice. Assembly was a breeze. There are only three, that took all of three minutes. I highly recommend this product.

Hi, with soda cans and regular water bottles? It'll close ok with no problem...with longer wine bottles? You'll need to be careful not too put too much ice in on the bottom before adding the longer wine bottles...the ice bucket is about 14-16 inches deep. I've used the table with the top open and closed depending on what I had on inside to if i needed the higher height. I love this table...ugh...cooler...thing

Yes you can, it of course depends on how full the cooler is to fully close. The cooler looks great either way, it was a great purchase!

Absolutely, I love this table so much I purchased 2 more after the first one. I keep the lid closed and use it as a table and when someone wants another beverage or something I simply lift the lid and get another can or bottle out. This also great if you put a salad or some fresh cut vegetables or cheese in a snap sealed container they will stay fresh and cold all day long. Thomas

Unfortunately, it sounds as though the screws maybe stripped. You may have to return and get a new one. When we screwed our screws in we had no problem opening and closing the lid. I am sorry. I know that is probably not the answer you want to hear..

Both my sons have outdoor pools so when I saw this item advertised in July I thought this would be a great birthday present for both of them. I sent one of these to my son in CA(ordered from Amazon) and he thinks it is great so I followed up with one for my son in Indiana. I hope it arrives in time for his birthday. When I ordered the one in July the people who control ordering suggested I make my password more complicated, I wish they had kept their mouth shut as the changes I made evidently did not come through and I have been fighting for the last three hours to get this order completed. their must be a simpler way to get these things corrected for I still do not have a usable password for Amazon.
