Be Ready For a Great Surprise! What a nice quality bench. Some features that I thought were great...there are 2 small channels for runoff, so that the rain won't pool on the seat or cover & everything gets soaked when it rains. HOLDS 771 pounds on the bench! That was impressive to me. Had reason to call customer service & guess what..a real person answered....answered my question & I was just amazed. How often does that happen these days? I've looked at many of these Patio Boxes in Target, Wamart, Home Depot, Lowes but this one was less expensive & better than any of the others. I love mine.

Look nice,practical and good price. I bought 2, the first all good, easy to assemble, the second came with 2 damaged parts, I did not realize the second since it was the last part, call 1-800- of Keter, I was treated very well took the part number sent it right away, did not make questions just name address and part number, fantastic customer service.now I need to call for the second part is only twisted. These benches look good,practical and comfort with cushions. I prefer wood but I have bad experience with our winter.
