"what is the weight on chairs per seat is it at less 300 lbs?"
They look great in our modern dining room with hardwood floor. I love the size being not too overly huge but they feel a bit too light for formal dining chairs.

Excellent chairs for the price I can't get over how pretty and comfortable these chairs are. The color of the wood is beautiful against the cream seat. One of the chairs did arrive broken, however, and since it is out of stock, we had to use super glue to keep it together. I wouldn't hesitate to order again if the chair breaks, but I wish Great Offer Stock gave the option of ordering 1 chair, rather than 2. Now, if the one chair breaks, we'll still have to pay for/order 2.

Elegant and confortable These chairs are comfortable, the seat is wider than a regular chair. The finishing of the wooden back and the fabric seat is quite good for the price. They need assembly but it's pretty easy. Easier with two people but one person can also perfectly do it.

Good but disappointed Chairs are good, easy to assemble, 1st chair took longer after that the other 5 went fast. Disappointed in the color of the wood. Instead of light oak, it looks like either a blond or limed oak. Doesn't really match my teak table. Hopefully the wood will color some with exposure. Chairs are sturdy.

Awesome Wasn't sure how sturdy they would be or comfortable- but the reviews were right on point, these chairs are comfortable and sturdy for that matter. I definitely would recommend. The only downside to it, is the fabric, it could be better.

Love these chairs Sturdy and stylish. Easy to assemble but did have a problem with the screws being a little too long for legs. A few of them poked through the wood. All in all, a good value.

SandyC I purchased 2 pair based on the photo. These look to be nicely made, but the wood on the grey seat is a blonde brushed white oak, not dark walnut as shown. Will be returning and making another selection that will go with my expresso table.

Love the chairs but one problem I love our new chairs but rated a 4 instead of 5 because one out of 6 came broken, and I know that can happen but several other reviews seem to have the problem also. On the good side, called Great Offer Stock a few minutes ago and they are sending a replacement piece with a 2-5 day window so not a tragedy anyway! It's a very attractive and comfortable chair at a great price. My husband had no complaints on assembly, he said just take your time and line up all the attachments with a little tightening before final tightening and we've had no problem with wobbly as some have.

It depends on the type of laminate floor- but it should be fine to use on most laminate floors. We suggest you try a small area first. If there are issues, felt pads that be attached to the bottom will take of it.

The wood is soft enough that I screwed them in by hand. No pilot hole was necessary.

Not difficult but it was time consuming site to the tiny Allen wrench. Btw Don't screw the side braces in much or they will come through the side of the chair (learned the hard way).
