So far. so good! Weve been using them a week, and we leave them on 24/7. I bought two of the 52" fans because the ratings overall were good, and the price was better than big box stores. We installed one in the living room (14' x 18') and one in the master (13' x 14'). The fans are very quiet, look nice, move the air well, and hubby said very easy to install. My husband is 6'2" and my son is 6'5" and I now don't worry about them hitting their heads walking under the fan like the old ones that were in when we bought the place. We have at least 6" more clearance than the old fans. The fans do have a remote. It feels a bit wimpy, but it will be just two adults using them. The three speeds are nice and the light is certainly bright enough to use for lighting the room. The light isn't dimmable (I think there was some discussion about this). I've had the dimmable ones where you hold the button to dim the light, and this one doesn't do it. We like the fan enough that we will be buying the 44" for our guest bedroom once we start renovations in there. I would recommend this fan!

I bought these fans for my rental property. The various features like recessed light fixture integrated with the fan and the remote control is a life saver from climbing up/down step ladder to pull chain on/off. Craftsmanship is a high-quality, modern design including reversible fan blades with a choice of blonde oak or white blades is a welcomed feature. I placed one 52" fan in the eat-in kitchen area, the other in the living room. Running your A/C 24/7 is costly. However, these fans cool rooms efficiently with A/C set to 73-75 degrees, which saves you money. I'll be buying more for my own home.

This fan works great and is quiet when running. I picked it so the white would not stand out against the ceiling, but it's not anything special visually. It was challenging to put together. We like how the remote works to control both light and fan and how it can be secured on the wall or removed to have on a night stand next to the bed. The holder piece holds it securely on the wall, which is great. We've had others where it fell on the floor frequently but have never had that happen with this one.

Let's be honest, most ceiling fans are ugly, so we went with this option because the fan basically fades into the ceiling and doesn't call a lot of attention to itself (in white anyways). I find the light bright enough for a bedroom, but not overpowering. The remote is a nice touch so that you don't have chains hanging and hitting you in the head when you walk past. My husband was able to install it himself and said that it was easy. I'd say he had it installed in about an hour. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because I find the Hunter logo placement really glaring and it isn't centered vertically, so it looks off to me.

Ordered 4 of these fans - 2 worked and 2 didn't. Sent back the defective ones and ordered replacements. Unfortunately - the replacements didn't work either. Hunter used to be a good company but not so much anymore.
