We first received a geisha which as damaged. I called Customer Service and received a replacement within 48 hrs. It is perfect! Having just returned from an Asia cruise, I wasn't inclined to purchase fragile items on the trip. I hoped to find some items on Great Offer Stock to be my souvenirs. Mission accomplished!
