Bayou Classic Cast Iron 20-inch Baking Pan
for some reason I thought that the pan was pre-seasoned. It wasn't. That was no big deal and seasoning it was easy. I actually do not use the pan for baking. I use it, on the grill, for frying peppers and Italian sausage...... for a family that keeps growing. It worked excellent for this and you can't beat the taste for cooking in cast iron. The product quality is very good, not as smooth a casting as the real old timers but still very good and the price was great. I am sure I will get a lifetime of service out of it.
