Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this futon and bench. Took about 3.5 hours to put together alone. Might be a bit faster with a helping hand. Overall very sturdy and comfy.

The futon is great. True full-size futon. The mattress has springs and is pretty comfortable for a futon. You don't need a foam topper but if you do add a foam topper the futon is as close to a bed as you can get. As compared to other full size futons, when set up as a couch it is not that big and does not take up too much room. It also looks nicer than most futons. For the price and quality it is a good buy.
This is perfect for my guest room, doesn't take much room when not used as a futon. Love the drawers for additional storage-a must for me!
