Enjoy great sleep every night with this gel memory foam mattress. This king-size memory foam mattress is 11 inches thick, and quilted with a top layer of gel-infused memory foam that ventilates the fabric to reduce heat. The next layer is made of cool blue memory foam to cool your body while you sleep. The final layer of this mattress provides support and balance.The Christopher Knight Home 11-inch Flow Collection contains our Gel-Infused memory foam giving a soothing and refreshing feel. The top and side cover is quilted with 1-inch Gel-Infused Memory Foam with an art auto-wicking mesh border with a specialty designed macro and micro ventilating flow fabric to reduce the heat to avoid discomfort. The next layer is constructed of 2-inch of Cool Blue Memory Foam that gives your body extra cooling sensation while you sleep. Another great feature of this mattress is a 2-inch of High Density Pressure Relieving Foam which serves as the support layer that has a long lasting durability. Finally a 6-inch High Density Reflexive Lumbar Base Layer is provided for superior support and balance to your every move. The bottom cover is made in Anti-Slip removable zipper.

Changed my Life I have Ankylosing Spondalitis, degenerative discs, and fibromyalgia. I bought an expensive Beauty Rest Recharge which was uncomfortable to me, and I am stuck paying for it. Out of desperation, I found this mattress and ordered it. I was skeptical because I once had a memory foam topper that I did not like. This bed has been a God send. I didn't know it was possible to get this good of a nights sleep. First night was a little hard, but have slept in heaven ever since. Granted, you either like memory foam or not. If you do... this mattress is a great buy. Its very high quaility. You can tell al to of design went into it. The cover is really nice like the high end brands. I would say this mattress has some give and would classify it as a medium firm. Who knew I would have a Peter Brady mattress one day... but I love it.

New Memory Foam Bed We received the bed in great time and pretty good condition. The box was a little messed up but the bed was well sealed. It is heavy and took some strength and room to get it up the stairs. It takes a little room and a couple of days to unroll so that you can sleep on it. It sleeps well but is a little on the firm side. It is better than my old spring mattress with a 3 inch memory foam topper. About anything would have been since the mattress was ten years old and a spring was poking my back. That is the nice thing a bout memory foam and the cool gel layer is a nice feature, but I don't notice too much difference in temp.

Cool & Comfortable in the Desert Valley! I have had "generic tempur-pedic"s ever since I became disabled in 2009 with severe chronic pain disorders. Started out with the mattress toppers that kept on sliding off the bed, upgraded to a memory foam mattress in 2010 and still have them & many more years of use left in them! My son & guests will be sleeping in comfort on those! My new master bedroom however, a queen sized bed looked so small, so I upgraded to a king size. I have over a dozen memory foam pillows and MF body pillows too, but only in this last year I came across the cooling gel MF pillows, and wow do they really work! So for this new king size mattress, I bought it with the cooling gel, and I am staying cool in the desert valley heat! That is the only thing about memory foam mattresses, if you lay in one position too long, the mattress doea tend to heat up and absorb your own body heat. But now with this mattress having the cooling gel, on days that I am bedridden, I am in as much comfort as I can possibly be, without adding my chronic pain disabilities into the mix. And don't need to hike up the AC to be cooler too!

I left the first review and since it was a new product at the time with no reviews, I chose it because I read reviews of other Christphor Knight mattresses and researching the different combinations of support layers that various similar gel mattresses use. I concluded this combination of support layers would probably be the best for me. It's been absolutey great.
