Gather a team for assembly! This set is beautiful and an excellent value. The chairs are comfortable and all pieces are very sturdy. Assembly was time consuming, though (especially since we have 8 chairs). Several of the wood screws that attach the chair side rails were too short. Fortunately I had longer screws handy. Leveling the chairs can be a bit tricky, but I was able to get all of mine level. I used Scotch Guard to protect the upholstery. Be warned, though: the Scotch Guard will leave permanent white specks on the wood if you overspray.

Love. Love. love I can't say enough about this set. I was nervous about ordering a table online and thinking it may show up as a wobbly cheap table but that is definitely NOT the case. This piece is SOLID. I could not lift it with my husband to turn it over, it takes 2 guys. The assembly was very easy (just attached the legs to the bottom). The chair assembly was easy too. I was also impressed with the delivery and the packaging.It arrived faster than I thought or was promised and there was no damage. The table is absolutely beautiful as well as the chairs. Very happy with this purchase and will purchase from this site again.

Solid. Good Quality This is the same exact table and chairs as Urban Home's Kerry set. You can check it out there first if you have one near you. Very heavy and substantial table. Looks as good as Pottery Barn's, too. Chair upholstery is good quality for the price. You must assemble table and chairs, which means screwing on the legs. Packaged beautifully, not a scratch. All hardware was there, we had no issues. Very pleased!!

You can have all 8 chairs pushed into the table if you put 4 chairs on each side. 2 chairs fit in the middle in between two legs exactly and you can have one chair on either side and same way 4 chairs on the other side.

Six chairs can be pushed in all the way without hitting the balusters. I set the other two chairs in opposite corners of my dining room and place them at the table when needed. I love this set; it is sturdy and looks beautiful. It takes quite some time to put it together; it's heavy!
